SHC PC Utility for ER-380New 2.2

This utility for ER-380 adds a "Non Tax" option to the "Taxable by" field in Department and PLU Programming, allowing users to switch the taxable status if necessary. The descriptor of DEPT/PLU is downloaded along with the DEPT/PLU. To connect the cash register to a PC, users must turn the C-marked key to the S-Mode position.
